Brent M. Fish

Brent Fish began his career twenty-five years ago in Baltimore, MD where he had completed a Marketing Degree at Loyola University. As a successful commercial broker at Miller Corporate Real Estate Services, Brent managed a contract with AT&T to facilitate office space searches and renewals in a three state area.
After five years at Miller, Fish elected to return to his native Williamsport, PA to join his family real estate firm and purchased the firm in 2007.
Brent had a vision for the future driven by his entrepreneurial spirit. Through strategic planning, outreach, marketing, and collaboration he was able to seize upon opportunities that promoted organic growth in his traditional lines of business and new business developments.
Moving first into industrial and office buildings, he founded Fishlips, LLC, a development company that grew to fourteen facilities in eight years, followed by Fish Property Management with nearly 700 units under management. Brent has managed many construction projects and build-to-suit projects that started as raw land.
Brent’s main brokerage passion is commercial real estate. His knowledge of the regional Office, Industrial, Retail and general commercial markets is unmatched. He and his company have represented national and international companies in property searches. While his market knowledge is local, his approach to representing clients is national. Utilizing all the marketing systems and technology that larger populated areas do.
Loyal to his hometown roots, Brent is the current Chair of the UPMC Susquehanna Invitational which has raised over $1 million in support of unbudgeted items for the local healthcare system. He has served on the Williamsport Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Properties Committee; the Williamsport Planning Commission; the Lycoming County Natural Gas Task Force; and the Economic and Community Growth Corporation.
Brent has been recognized with the Small Business of the Year Award by the Lycoming Chamber of Commerce and Top 5 Producer Award by the MLS Board of Realtors 6 times.

Notably, he received the only prospecting permit issued in Pennsylvania during the entire 20th century, highlighting his unique initiatives and in doing so he orchestrated a significant and strategic land exchange with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, trading 800 acres of State Forest land for a valuable 250-acre property that he turned into a high-quality aggregate source.
He was honored as one of Pennsylvania Business Central's "Top 100 People" in 2010, recognizing his significant impact on the business landscape.
